A: Most of the terms are taken by the FitSM standard (see FitSM-0) or by other standard documents. It is our care to align to the latest version of the standard when available. Other terms may be taken by other sources or defined by the EGI community. Terms that do not have a source in a standard document are agreed by consensus by the EGI Foundation staff in relationship with the stakeholdersTerms that are defined within the EGI Federation, are evaluated by the EGI Foundation and changes agreed by consensus. Requests for changes are recorded for transparency, together with the outcome of the evaluation.
